- 27 October, 2014: Metalmark Capital completes a majority investment in Collagen Matrix.
Significance of the Transaction
The transaction allows the Company to accelerate the commercialization of revolutionary OssiMend™ Bone Graft Matrix and DuraMatrix-Onlay™ Conformable Collagen Dura Substitute Membrane products, in addition to a new family of products for oral surgery. The investment will also support the expansion of a world-class 28,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.
